This one-of-a-kind wall light integrates Multi Galaxy fused art glass made from reclaimed window glass and Black Gloss kiln-fired glazed ceramic. This crescent shaped horizontal sconce washes the wall with light from the top and bottom while illuminating the textured ebb-and-flow design of fused glass. Subtle color and texture variations are the hallmark of a truly handcrafted piece of art.
The main feature of this piece is the visual fluidity of motion created by the meandering bands of fused pieces of colored glass along the top and bottom edge and uncolored pieces of glass along the middle. A crescent-shaped horizontal sconce. Light shines through openings at the top, the bottom and illuminates the textured ebb-and-flow design. Handmade to A19’s exacting standards, using a kiln-fired ceramic base and recycled window glass from local sources.
